For more than twenty-five years Oceanic's goal to produce a premier line of regulators has not changed. One distinguishing attribute that separates Oceanic from other manufacturers is the commitment to vertical integration. All life support products are designed, developed, manufactured, and tested in our 120,000 square foot Northern California facility. No other dive company goes to these lengths to assure the quality of their products.

 Instruments

Information is the key to power in just about any endeavor. Underwater, information gives you confidence to explore your surroundings. Divers need to keep informed on four elements - pressure, depth, direction, and time - to know when to surface, and know when to dive. You can monitor these elements with a pressure gauge, depth gauge, dive watch, and compass.

Computers

No other area of diving has advanced with such amazing speed than in the area of instrumentation. The gauges and computers we use today were mere dreams 15 years ago. Computers that guide our ascent, track our breathing rate and air availability. Hose less computers transmit all the information we need at a glance direct from our tank to our computer. These amazing instruments can be as simple as a one touch "let's dive" model, or have diver programmable functions with everything from five different language settings, to PC downloading to track your dive history and simulate future dives.

Buoyancy compensators

Buoyancy is the most difficult yet rewarding skill to master. Floating effortlessly in the ocean environment is the essence of diving. Whether observing marine behavior above a reef or stopping to capture that perfect macro shot, buoyancy is the key to making all your diving experiences safe and successful.
